Is this legal?: We're talking about an advertising concept using a public figure's image. Actual commercial use requires the appropriate rights and permissions. We like permissions. Very important.

Can someone outbid me?: Yes. They pay double. That's the entire point. You want it? Pay more.
What if I don't want to sell?: Too bad. The next buyer pays double and takes the spot. That's the deal.
Refunds?: You bought a piece of a man's face. No take-backs.
Why 33?: 33 is enough. We could have done 50. We could have done 100. We didn't need to. 33 is tremendous.
